Many of us often contemplate the true measure of a life well lived and what would have us determine that our time here on earth was well spent when all is said and done. ⁣

We can all experience, at times, a certain kind of existential angst and dharmic pressure weighing on us that is actually been counter-productive and that can take us out of our zone of highest flow and fulfillment. ⁣

It’s a relentless, ticking time-bomb that always seems to say “hurry up...you’re not doing enough... you have to make more of a difference... there’s more to accomplish...you have to leave a greater impact”. ⁣

There is certainly a healthy version of this but this particular flavour isn’t it and when we look deeper, it’s clear that it carries the energy of lack and an implied suggestion that we have to prove our value and worth here for our lives to really count and have meaning.

A different idea came to me in my meditation one morning... what if the true meaning and purpose of life is simply to be kind and loving? And to give and receive love generously?⁣

That struck a chord with me and I’m been doing my best to live through that lens since.

Kind Of Love speaks to these challenges and our innate desire to just be loved unconditionally for who we are at our essence.
